WHAT IS BOOM TYPE EWP LICENCE? • Boom Type EWP Licenceis the basic requirement to those who operates a boom type EWPover 11m. • EWP is an elevated wok platform is a mechanical device, which can be a telescopic or hinged pr can be a combination of both, used to provide access to workers to heights or inaccessible areas. • These are also known as cherry picker or scissior lift.

COURSE OVERVIEW • This course covers all the necessary requirements for obtaining a national high risk work licenceas per New South Wales Health and Safety Department. • On completion of this course, candidate will be able to operate any boom type EWP. • This course does not cover the requirements to operate scissor lift.

  6. OUTCOME • On completion of the ewp training, candidate will learn the fllwing skills: • Lifting of loads to different heights • Travelling with EWP through obstacles • Parking, inspection of elevated work platform

  7. DURATION AND FESS • The total duration of the EWP Training Sydney is 3 days. For the first 2 days, candidates will get training and on the third day, assessment will be conducted. • The course fee is 720 AUD per candidate. This fee includes assessment and course material. • For extra assessments, additional 150 AUD will be charged per person.

  8. ELIGIBITY CONDITIONS • Candidate should be able to read, write and speak English language. • Candidate should be able to work at heights. • Candidate should atleast 18 of age.
