Board of County Commissioners Project : Elysium Preliminary Subdivision Plan- Substantial Change District #: 2 Request: To consider a substantial change to the Elysium Preliminary Subdivision Plan to relocate an existing easement currently located between Lots 12 and 13 of the 19-lot Elysium Club Subdivision.

  3. Board of County Commissioners Previous BCC Action • On September 12, 1979, BCC approved the Elysium Preliminary Subdivision Plan subject to nine (9) conditions.
