The following is the suggested formula to structure the transaction:(THIS IS AN EXAMPLE): • Your client has a project that you are marketing. • He is offering all or part of it for sale or exchange. • We will give it a value of $5,000,000. • My client has contracted with a Platform Bank in England (refer to Joint Venture Agreement PPM Program) that has international buyers for his mining reserves. • This agreement is scheduled to fund within the next 60 days.
My client recognizes these pending closings will come to fruition in a timelymanner. • He can offer documentation as the authenticity of the Platform Bank and their buyers. • As you will learn the credit lines that are funded by the PB are bonded to insure the receipt of the funds by my client.
Need for the cash advances! • The amounts, of operating capital my client, is attempting to generate are nominal compared to the potential of his mining reserves. • We are trying to generate a minimum of $25K to $500K to complete the surveys on the mining claims. • These surveys, when completed, will expedite the funding for the agreement with the PB.

A offers $1,025,000.00 to $1,500,000.00+ to B • A would do the $1M for $1.025-$1.5M and ask for the difference in a cash advance at the signing of the agreement and opening of the escrow.
Return in 60 days or less! • Upon the funding of COE • He will refund the cash advance 4 to 1 for the amount of the advance in cash • And pay cash for the equity in B's property and pay off any loans (if necessary).
