How to get to Community • New receptions • Minimum custody • 57-521
New Receptions • 4 year or less sentence • No disqualifying criteria
Minimum Custody • Earned credit level 2 or above • Be at minimum at least 60 days • No more than 4000 days left to serve • 760 days remaining (highest crime category) • No disqualifying criteria
Disqualifying Criteria • Active “X” misconduct points • Escape Points • Not medically cleared • Felony/INS detainer • Racketeering until 50% date • Any sex offense • Any offense involving child as outlined in OP-060104
More…. • Prior community failures • Prohibited by other DOC policy • Not medically approved
57-521 • Non-violent only • No serious misconducts • Not a threat to public safety • Must be considered before 210 calendar days left to serve
Work Release • 2000 days left (male) • 2500 days left (female) • 330 days left (highest crime category) • Level 3 or 4
