    2. Salesforce CRM The system would allow us to manage all of our business contacts and possible associates, along with all of our customer information. It would also help us to provide customer support and service of a better quality and manage our accounts that we would use for things such as marketing campaigns and leads. This software would provide so many more benefits as well: such as analytics and sales forecasting, help to keep our sales processes smooth, utilizing e-mail to connect the company, and it also includes a genius with some sales insight for when we are having a hard time. Then one last thing which this software provides to make life more convenient is a mobile app. This app would allow us to check our sales, customer service, marketing… everything from our smartphones which would be really nice for travel. This CRM is something that we could use ourselves as a company with just a couple IT people to help with some kinks that might come along. We wouldn’t need many though where the business is small.

Pros of Salesforce CRM: i) Simple to use ii) Would not need much support iii) Very convenient and easy to navigate iv) Includes everything that we might need for managing an ecommerce retail business Cons of Salesforce CRM i) It may be difficult for us to set up without an IT person ii) Have to learn to navigate it and use all the software effectively The CRM we chose (professional edition) would cost $65/user/month
