  2. Measurements… • Equipment used: • DLRO 010 • Measurement are taken over 160 mm (distance between voltage taps), 5 mm apart each side of the interconnection which is 150 mm long. Temperature is also recorded. • The value stored is the average of 10 measuring points.

  3. Raw measurements… S34 samples • Interconnection opened and measured with DLRO…

  4. Histograms… S34 samples • M1-M2 in D-zone • 32 measurements • M3 in D-zone • 22 measurements

  5. Conclusion • Waiting to confirm measurement in M3-QBBI.B25R3, by X-ray. • Should be able to detect big defects. • It can be a complementary measure to visual inspection before insulation and closing the lines.
