  2. Articolul 13 ! • 1. Orice persoana are dreptul de a circula în mod liber si de a-si alege resedinta în interiorul granitelor unui stat.

  3. 2. Orice persoana are dreptul de a parasi orice tara, inclusiv a sa, si de a reveni în tara sa.

  4. Acest articol se refera la faptul ca orice om poate circula liber . • Nimeni nu are dreptul sa ne impiedice sa plecam sa vizitam alte tari sau chiar sa ne mutam in alte tari si apoi sa revenim in tara noastra natala .

  5. Articolul 14 ! • 1. În caz de persecutie, orice persoana are dreptul de a cauta azil si de a beneficia de azil în alte tari.

  6. 2. Acest drept nu poate fi invocat în caz de urmarire ce rezulta în mod real dintr-o crima de drept comun sau din actiuni contrare scopurilor si principiilor Organizatiei Natiunilor Unite.

  7. Acest articol se refera la faptul ca fiecare om are dreptul de a beneficia de un azil si in alte tari in afara de tara natala. • Orice om are dreptul de a-si intemeia propria familie fara sa fie impiedicat de nimeni!
