Phase One Features • Widens U.S. 90 from four to six lanes. • Elevates U.S. 90 travel lanes above Albertson’s Parkway. • Replaces/widens bridges over BNSF Railway. • Constructs new North and Southbound service roads. • Eliminates J-Turns. • Optimizes access to adjacent properties.
Design/Construction Timeline • Design activities begin in February 2014. • Construction work begins in mid-2014. • Estimated completion in mid-2017. • Access to private properties will be maintained • throughout the construction effort. • Routine lane closures will be limited to off-peak travel times.
