Policy A way of doing something that has been officially chosen by a political party, business, or other organization It consists of all the authoritative public decisions that government makes Policies or outputs are normally chosen for the purpose : they are meant to promote end results, i.e. education, health, transportation

  5. Reform • A continuous process • To improve a system, law, organization etc by making a lot of changes to it, so that it operates in a fairer or more effective way • Basically, it is essential to handle fresh demand of new situation ( internal or external) evolved from changes in the ground reality

  6. Globalization • A complex web of interconnectedness through which life is increasingly shaped by decisions or events taken at a distance. • Is globalization a new trend?
