  2. Christopher Columbus Christopher Columbus was an Italian explorer. He was born in October 1451. He was born in the Republic of Genoa.Hethought that the world was flat. He also thought that if you sailed too far out to sea, you would fall of the world.

  3. David Livingstone David was born in 1813 19thof march. David was the first European person to see the Mosi-oa-Tunya (The smoke that thunders) waterfall which he renamed the Victoria Falls.

  4. James cook • James Cook lived from 1728 to 1779. He was a great explorer because he was the first to lead a sailing expedition around the world successfully. James explored parts of the Pacific Ocean and the far east that no European has explored before.
