  4. FORCAST FOR A 40-HOUR- MATTHEW: OCTOBER 6--?

  5. BAD NEWS: AFTER LANDFALL, A DYING MATHEW COULD GO BACK INTO THE ATLANTIC AND, BE RENERGIZED, AND START OVER AGAIN.
