Diary of Anne Frank • Answer the following questions a few sentences each. • What was the Holocaust? • Who was involved and who did it impact? • Why did it occur? • When was it? • What types of things happened in concentration camps?

That would still leave 1 million more people to die to compare to the Holocaust. • All in just 3 years.
Concentration Camps • Sent to camps to a labor camp or death • able bodied went to work, weak to death • unsanitary conditions: dysentery, typhoid (water/food), typhus (lice/fleas) • soldiers messed with them; joked with them (children esp.) then killed them
