  3. Purpose of the Meeting • Availability of Stage 2 Written Submissions • Stage 2 Examination arrangements. • Draft Programme for Stage 2 Topics

Written Submissions: Stage 2 • Written submissions received will be on the PAC website. • Identified by Topic Nos 29A- 111 inclusive. • All rebuttal evidence (Option B) to be submitted by Friday 11 December 2009 • Objectors taking part in the Public Examination should NOT make written Rebuttal Statements.

The Public Examination: STAGE 2 • Commencing on 11 January 2010 at 10.OOAM. • Two venues: Newry Arts Centre and Old Technical College Banbridge • Most weeks there will be Parallel hearings using both venues • Newry & Mourne District objections will mainly be heard in Newry Arts Centre • Banbridge District objections will mainly be heard in the Old Technical College Banbridge

Draft Programme available tonight and on the PAC website. • One representative for each party to take part in round-table discussion and given opportunity to speak. • Parties pursuing same issue should co-operate. • Parties must ensure their presence at the start of each session in the appropriate venue

STAGE 2 : Site Specific Topic List • Many issues……Topics 29 -111 • Some subdivision of Topics eg Objections in relation to Newry Development Limits are geographically covered by 29A to 29I • One session = one Topic but may involve numerous sites • No specified start time has been allocated for individual objections within each day’s daily programme

  10. KEY DATES • If you no longer wish to be heard - advise PAC before Monday 30 November 2009 • Stage 2 Rebuttal evidence for Option B: 11 December 2009. • Final Stage 2 Programme: by 18 December 2009 • Opening of Stage 2 of Examination : Monday 11 January 2010
