  5. Lectures Lecturesare on 5.9, 12.9 and 19.9 Yougive the lectures in smallteams Each of Youhas to givetwo 45 minuteslectures I willallot the teams and subjects and informYoubyemailthisevening Youhave to attendfourlectursgivenbyothergroups and writeshortcommentaries on them, too.

Commentaries In a commentary, Youmust • Review the main issues of the lecture • Mention at leastoneissuewhichwasexplainedwell • Give at leastone suggestion how to improve the lecture • Point out possiblemistakes, ifany Concentrate on the mathematics, not on the way of presentation The commentarymustbesent to me withinoneweek of the lectureconcerned
