Approve the minutes of the City Council Regular Session held on October 13, 2012 and the Special Session on October 19, 2012 (versions for minute book and Election Register). Approve Ordinance 2013-05 for annual election for City plan provisions in the Texas Municipal Retirement System (TMRS), effective January 1, 2013, 1st reading. EXECUTIVE SESSION • City Council will convene in closed session as authorized by Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, Section 551.074 - personnel matters regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, regarding Interim City Manager Chuck Pinto.
