  1. Welcome to Focus Group Session 3 Q: How does this Focus Group work? A: We’ll be using the “Think-Pair-Share” approach to ensure everyone has a chance to participate. Q: What happens after this? A: The Action Planning Team reviews feedback with the Bridge Builder consultant, Pr. Mark Hendrickson. He will help us create the final plan to present to our church council.

  2. Q: What do I do if I feel the timeline is too aggressive? A: You say so! Q: What do I do if I feel the task is not clear? A: You say so! Q: What if I am not a “responsible party?” A: You can and should provide feedback on any and all goals/tasks.
