    2. Many people would happily switch profession with a teacher . It is popularly belief that teaching is a stress free profession ,but a teacher work as a motivator , a fair evaluator , a skillful team leader and a communicator.

    3. Characteristics of teacher

    4. A good communicator:- one of the most important attribute of a good teacher is to be good communicator . He should be comfortable to explaining things .

    5. A good sense humor:- A good sense humor is another great tool that helps a teacher to simplify their task . Wit and humor, when applied in the proper manner ,can form an important part a successful teaching programme.

    6. Good time management:- A good teacher must have good time management skills . In fact appropriate utilization of time is the hallmark of a good teacher.

    7. Fair Attitude :- A teacher should always adopt a fair attitude, when it comes to making any form of evaluation, they should be fair to their profession.

    8. Command over the subject:- A teacher should have necessary command over the subject matter. They will be able to answer any question during the lecture session.

    9. A good leader:- A good teacher should be a good leader and a good friend. And she also try to inculcate the leadership Quality among their students also.

    10. Self confidence:- A good teacher displays self confidence. She has control of the classroom and the student who is in charge.

    11. A good teacher is prepared:- She prepare her lessons and material in advance. She follows a regular routine .

    12. Motivator:- A good teacher always motivates their students to learn and to take on project independently.

    13. Good learner:- Good learner is a very important traits of teacher personality. They are life long learner and they produce life long learners. So the best teacher is always a student.

    14. Use community resource:- The best teacher use their community as their resource.They see education as more than what is done in the classroom.
