Description • A mental state of well-being characterized by positive or pleasant emotions ranging from contentment to intense joy. • Ex. Passing a test with 100 can result in happiness.
The Colors of Happiness • Happiness can best be described with warm, vibrant, bright colors such as hues of red, orange, and yellow. • Other things that can be associated with happiness: Going on a date, getting a new car, receiving gifts, the affections of others.

Is Happiness Good for People? • Yes, of course it is. Everyone is happy at some point in their lives. It is a core emotion that humans experience almost daily, whether they try to or not. Both of us are happy now and will be countless times in the future. • It helps one to maintain a positive view of themselves. It acts as a mental homeostasis to balance out the bad thoughts and introduce the good ones.
