Progress monitoring • Process monitoring during the pre-accession period. EC progress monitoring are prepared every year by EC for each candidate country. - fulfilling of table of concordance and implementations questionnaires of 69 Directives - EC report on compliance on National Legislation with Aquis Communitaire. • Process monitoring of Action Plan of the sub-group on environment in process of decentralization.
