Con fecha 2 de enero del año 2006, la DIRECTEMAR firmó por cinco años con CONAMA un convenio de colaboración por el cual se comprometen a intercambiar información técnica, experiencias y buscar una participación efectiva en el desarrollo de un Registro de Emisiones y Transferencia de Contaminantes (RETC). La información entregada tendrá un desfase de dos años y deberá cubrir el año calendario completo.

  6. las fiscalizaciones efectuadas a partir del 3 de Septiembre del 2006 (fecha de entrada en vigor la norma) corresponden a 9 ductos.

  7. Los principales parámetros excedidos en las nueve fiscalizaciones efectuadas corresponden a: • Aceites y Grasas • Coliformes Fecales • DBO5 20º C • Fósforo Total • Nitrogeno Total Kjeldahl • Sólidos Sedimentables • Sólidos Suspendidos Totales

  9. CONCLUSIONES La labor fiscalizadora efectuada durante el 2006, significó una inversión de $2.841.480.-, asimismo esta tarea involucró contar con el apoyo logístico respectivo. Cabe destacar, que la Autoridad Marítima ha mantenido un control en las fuentes terrestres que no dieron cumplimiento durante la fiscalización efectuada en el 2006. La DIRECTEMAR dentro de su rol fiscalizador ha incrementado desde el año 2006 a la fecha la cantidad de fiscalizaciones a las fuentes terrestres de jurisdicción nacional.
