Questions To develop in the afternoon • Find the Site of the Ministry of Labour and central Statistics Office in your country • What is/are the youth unemployment rate(s) in your country • What is the ratio of youth to adult (or at least youth to aggregate) unemployment rates • What policies promoting youth employment do you know about in your country – can you find out more? & Do they work? • Does your trade union help young people, if so does it help? If not, how could it? • Does your trade union do anything to encourage young people to join?
