By the Numbers • 50 new businesses since late 2009 • 96% increase in revenue since 2007 • More than $130 million in private investment • Over 1,900 jobs, including 800 permanent and 1,100 construction • Property values rose 9.5% from 2011 to 2012 • $273 million in overall economic output • More than 120,000 square feet of commercial space constructed or rehabilitated • Over 800 housing units constructed or rehabilitated • 50% reduction in traffic collisions • 85%drop ininjury-related collisions
