Consider an audience you would like to attract to your organization and adopt a curatorial approach to make your events more appealing to them. Consider issues of venue, the before-concert experience, the concert itself, and the post-concert experience, and try to come up at least three things you could change about each that would help attract that new audience or enhance the connection with your existing audience. What is the unmet need you’re fulfilling??
