  4. The Conference • Theme : Intelligent Systems - Methods and Technologies for the next Century • Conference Date: 22th –24th September, 2011 • Two Proposed Venues : • Sheraton Mustika Yogyakarta, Yogyakarta. • Bali International Convention Center(BICC), Nusa Dua –Bali.

Surplus for the Supporting Units To be divided proportional to the responsibilities and their original contribution of the seed money : • IEEE Societies (45%)= US$ 2,670.00 • IEEE Region 10 (20%)= US$ 1,190.00 • IEEE Indonesia Section (20%)= US$ 1,190.00 • University of Indonesia (15%)= US$ 900.00 Total Surplus divided= US$ 5,950.00

Yogyakarta • The Special Region of Yogyakarta, one of the smallest provinces in Indonesia, has been widely known as a center of Javanese culture as well as a center of learning. • It has 3,400,000 inhabitants, 511,000 of whom reside in the city of Yogyakarta. • Its designation as a center of learning is marked by the existence of 120 state and private tertiary educational institutions, with a student population of over 300,000.
