  2. Project Plans • Maintain Project Plans • Assign Resources, Establish Dates, Link Tasks, Update Task Status and % Complete • Bi-Directional interface with MS Project

  3. Task Updates • Keep tasks updated with simplified project plan screen • Update Dates, Task Status and % Complete • Give view only access to clients and customers

  4. Scheduling of Resources • Resources can be scheduled at different levels: • Program, Project, Task • Resource Characteristics include: • Skill Type, Level of Experience, Work Location, Cost Center

  5. Email Notifications • Email notifications are generated manually and automatically • Automatic Emails can be sent when resources are assigned to a task

  6. Time Tracking • Easy to use Time and Expense Tracking • Weekly Hours reviewed by Manager • Track All Hours including non-project work and Time Off • Include Status Comments, % Complete, and Hours Remaining

  7. Project Prioritization • Projects are prioritized at various levels of detail • Simplistic – High, Medium, Low • Detailed – Priority Groups are established and numeric values are assigned to projects in each priority group

  8. Project Gantt Charts Generate Gantt Charts for your projects

  9. Status Reports • Status Reports include: • Project Status Summary, Estimate vs. Actual, Task Status • Resource Status Reports by Week and by Project

  10. Workflow Tracking • Project Log Files can be dynamically created for each project • Log Files can be maintained for Issues, Action Items, and Risks • Choose which variables to track, including: Person Responsible, Date Assigned, Importance, Task Associated With, and Resolution
