Pack 159 • Our 2010 Popcorn sales have begun and will end on Sunday Nov 7th 2010. • Important info / dates: • Three ways to sell Popcorn : • Door to Door sales – until Nov 7th. • On-line Sales ( through Trails-end website )---scouts.trails-end.com ( open all year, 2010 sales tracking stops Nov 7th) • Giant Store sales ( Weekends through Oct 17th, 2010.) please participate with your Den. • Your Den’s responsibilities -: • Each Den leader can submit to me (PK – JH ) Popcorn orders (Bulk order by each Den ): • Mid term order - By October 6th ( I pick up these orders at warehouse Oct 23rd) • Last order – By Nov 10th ( I need all remaining orders + prize levels obtained by scouts; tracking spreadsheet forthcoming)-- I pick up final order on Dec 4th.- Distributed following week to dens. • By Wed Dec 1st - Dens – All money needs to be collected ($ collected & scouts first name / last initial) and sent to me (J Hutchens). • Pack 159 pays Trails End / Capital Region Council for 2010 popcorn orders by Dec 18th . • Goals • Our packs popcorn sales goal is $ 8350.00.
