  8. Athletics Year 8 - The boys went on to compete in the Junior Boys´ Regional A Final! The girls qualified for the Regional B Finals too! Year 10 – Boys finished 3rd in the Regional A Final!

  9. Millie Howard, George Davies, Molly Webster and Josie Parry went on to represent King James’s in the English Schools national event.

  10. BOYS FOOTBALL • The senior boys team were seconds from reaching the Area Cup final! The Year 10’s won the County Cup in a 2-0 victory. They Year 9’s did especially well and reached the semi-final in both the County and Area Cups.

  11. GIRLS FOOTBALL • The Year 11’s reached the last 32 of the National Cup. • The Seniors won the County cup again. • They also reached • the last 16 of the • National Cup.

  12. RUGBY • Both the Year 10’s and Year 11’s reached the quarter-final in the County Cup and the knockout stages of the National Cup. ‘if the lads can train, who knows what they might achieve!’

  13. HOCKEY • The Year 9 team season was concluded on a high when they were victorious in the Area Tournament. • The Year 10 team reached the semi-finals of the AreaTournament • The Senior Girls had an outstanding season and were undefeated throughout!

  14. NETBALL • The Year 8 B team came joint first in their Area Tournament. • Also, the Year 9 and 10 B teams reached the semi-final of their Area Tournament.

  15. Cross country • 12 students earned the right to run in the Area team. • The event was hosted at King James’s.

  16. REPRESENTATIVEHONOURS

  17. Jonny Tattersall has represented us in cricket by playing 12th man for the England 1st XI and opened the batting on tour in South Africa for England U19’s!

  18. Lydia Clissitt has represented England U19’s in hockey. She was voted player of the tournament in the European Championship!

  19. Over 63% of Year 7 to 11 students participated in at least one extra-curricular club. 334fixtures this year (an average of 9 per week) in 12 different sports There were 40 practices a week! STATISTICS
