Our Management Experience • President: 16 years experience in the transportation and logistics industry with a degree in Logistics from Georgia Tech University, in Atlanta. • Operations Manager: 26 years experience in the transportation and logistics industry. • Customer Service Manager: 6 years experience in transportation and logistics industry. • Warehouse Manager: 10 years experience in warehouse management and logistics. • Dispatch Manager: 5 years experience in transportation and logistics industry. • Sales Executive: 14 years experience in customer service and sales management. All other personnel: recruited based on experience, each with two or more years working in the industry.

System Capabilities EDOCS is a warehousing & logistics management application designed to encompass all necessary facets in a warehouse operation, including delivery scheduling.  In short, the application is broken down into three major modules: 1) Consignment Receiving Management 2) Warehousing Management 3) Delivery Schedule Management Consignment Receiving Management - This module allow users to enter the commodities received at the point of reception. The system generates a Warehouse Receipt, assigns a warehouse location, and is stored accordingly. Warehouse Management - Tracks where / what has been received. Generate reports of Inventory On Hand, Inventory Location, and Inventory Billing for Storage. Delivery Schedule Management - This module allows users to create a Delivery Manifest for each Truck Driver and group them by Truck Driver routes. The EDOCS application also includes a centralized Customer Information Management system, Customer-Specific Rates, Published Rates by Delivery Zones, Automatic Billing/Commissions calculations when Delivery Orders are created, Distance Calculation (based on Zip Codes) and service level measurement of first delivery attempts.

Licenses, Permits & Acknowledgements • PR Logistics holds an Ocean Transportation Intermediary License and, as such, is duly authorized to carry on the business of providing non-vessel-operating common carrier services (NVOCC). • As a supply chain and logistics service company, we hold all federal, state and local government required licenses and permits • Excise Tax Bond, U.S. Customs Bond • Comprehensive Insurance Umbrella, including inventory and inland marine; protecting your assets both in our warehouse and while in transit • Our drivers hold PR Ports Authority permits to lift containers in all San Juan terminals • PR Logistics was awarded in 2006 the ‘Excellence in Quality Service’ recognition by The “Asociación de Productos de Puerto Rico”
