  3. Uses • Career Exploration • Job Search • Job Development • Labor Market Research • Related Public Workforce Development System Efforts

  4. Mailing Lists • Can be generated for the approved uses. • Can be done by Licensee or Intermediate User

  5. Usage Not Approved • Economic development • Business-to-business marketing • Libraries – only end user access through internet applications

  6. Levels of Usage • Primary Recipient/Licensee • Intermediate User • Client/End User

  7. Primary Recipient/Licensee • Usually the SWA, SESA or ETA • Can download the entire database • Can download the search engine • Can search the database directly

  8. Intermediate User • One Stop Career Centers • The Public Job Service • Public Welfare Agencies • Can search the database • Can display 25 single line records at a time • Can print or download 50 records at a time • ID and password required • Sub-license agreement required

  9. Client/End User • Individual engaged in job search or career exploration • Can search the database • Can display or print 25 single line records at a time • Can print 5 complete records at a time • Can e-mail one record at a time
