  1. Varón de 34 años de edad. VIH (+). Alteración del nivel de conciencia y conductas bizarras. Se demuestran al menos dos lesiones de morfología anular, que en el TAC craneal sin contraste no muestran realce, y que tras la administración de éste se realzan en periferia. Se localizan en la sustancia blanca, frontal izda, y se acompañan de edema vasogénico. El TAC perfusión pone de manifiesto una disminución clara de la región correspondiente al anillo en los mapas de volumen (VOL) y flujo (FLU), así como un aumento en el mapa de superficie de permeabilidad (SP) por la presencia de una fuga lenta de contraste a exterior (alteración en la BHE).
