  1. BRIEF OUTLINE OF PENCH NATIONAL PARK PenchNational Park is situated in the Seoni District of Southern Madhya Pradesh. It is situated 90 Kms from Nagpur. (one & half hours drive). In 1992, Pench has been included under the umbrella of "Project Tiger" as the 19th Project Tiger Reserve.The core area of the Park is 292.85 sq. km. and including buffer area the total area of the reserve is 757.86 sq. km. Animal population is healthy and steadily growing. Proximity, easy accessibility and growing interest in nature have made the area see heavy tourist inflow and it is only increasing.Seasons:October to January - Cold 3° to 16° C February to March - Cool 16° C to 26° C April to June - 26° to 42° C July to September – Park closed (non wildlife tourists still come.)

  4. TO NAGPUR SITE PLAN TO AWARGHANI VILLAGE CANAL 1. The Nagpur-Khawasa route which is part of National Highway No. 7 is being converted into a 4 lane expressway. This will further reduce travel time. 2. Pench is just 4-5 hours away from any city connected to Nagpur by air, including Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Pune, Kolkata, Raipur etc. 3. The inflow of foreign tourists is also on the rise and many tour operators are marketing Pench in the Bandhavgarh-Pench-Kanha circuit. 4.  As on 1st January, 2011, there are 13 tiger cubs of less than 1 year age in the Pench National Park. 5. Non-wildlife Tourist also frequents the place due to close proximity to Nagpur, hence other attractions/activities will help. 6. Baghwan (Taj) manages to market its rooms @ almost INR 30,000/- per person per night (jungle plan) and Tuli @ 10 to 16,000/-. Other resorts of any standing charge between 3000/- to 8000/-. PROPOSED RESORT AREA PROPOSED AREA FOR RESORT This is the layout plan of the entire 15 acres holding. The frontage on the main road is approx 600 RFT and on the side road it is approx. 1200 RFT. You will see in the plan that on the southern half of the land we have created a lake and a canal for overflow and around it we are making 12 bungalows for sale and 1 bungalow for our personal use. The Northern half is reserved for a resort. We have already planted more than 20,000 shrubs / trees and installed a drip irrigation system to ensure that the shrubs / trees survive and thrive.
