Days of the weeks • Monandaeg ( Moon's day - the day of the moon ), • Tiwesaeg ( Tiw's-day - the day of the Scandinavian sky god Tiw,Tiu or Tig), • Wodnesaeg ( Woden's day - the day of the god Woden (Othin) ), • Ðunresaeg ( Thor's Day - the day of the god Ðunor or Thunor ), • Frigedaeg ( Freyja's day - the day of the goddess Freyja or Frigg, wife to Woden), • Sæternesdaeg ( Saturn's day - the day of the Roman god Saturn, whose festival "Saturnalia," with its exchange of gifts, has been incorporated into our celebration of Christmas.), • Sunnandaeg ( Sun's day - the day of the sun ).
Convert 2 Christianity • Pope in Rome sent a missionary to England to persuade Anglo-Saxons to convert to Christianity • Christianity began to spread in to other parts in Britain • Churches were built in Saxon villages all over Britain
