  3. Classroom Rules • Assignments are to be completed on time • Stay on task • Obey all LSHS sch. rules

  4. Classroom Expectations • Be on Time • Remain Seated in your Assigned Seats at All Times • Be Respectful – Use Common Sense • Follow Instructions Promptly – work with a sense of purpose. • No walking around during class time

  5. Classroom Procedure • Come in and sit in your assigned seat • Copy the agenda and the essential question. • Remain seated and complete warm up/ activator • Raise your hand when asking or answering questions

  6. Syllabus Find time to read the syllabus -this week. Turn in the parent contact form during the next class

  7. Class Supplies • Composition Notebook • Graphing Calculator • 3 Ring Binder/Dividers -1st Divider – Classwork/Homework; 2nd Divider – Handouts; 3rd Divider – Graded Assignments

  8. Class Supplies • Paper (Both Ruled and Graphing) • Regular Pencils & Colored Pencils, Erasers

  9. Quiz • Name one classroom rule. • Name one classroom procedure. • What are essential questions?

  10. Getting to know you Carry out the activity outlined on the given paper for the next 15 minutes
