  3. COACHES • Went through hard times with coaches until…. • Chuck Noll hired 1969,won 4 super bowls in 6 yrs • Bill Cowher hired 1992, won 6 championships and 1 super bowl • Mike Tomlin hired 2007,youngest coach to win super bowl • Only three coaches in 40 years!
