  3. Need new chart - Donna Total Participants Trained by Organization Training status as of 6/7 As of 6/7 we are: 68% through delivery, but 96% through preparation

  4. Need Attendees on June 15 - Joannie Make Up Class Participation 2 students, delete KV from PHME 6/15

  5. Embedding Highlights • Embedding Team Countdown – Last week • Concentrated on make-up classes and T-T-T activities • Close Out Meetings held with Controllers, CP and Indirect Tax. • Other Close-Out Meetings will be scheduled week of July 10 • Ronald DeBoer Visit (06/26-06/29) • Objective: “How to progress embedding overall in an AoO, getting the key stakeholders to buy in and how to keep grip on progress, inc. reporting (KPI’s, dashboard, etc).” • Embedding Activities Planned : SC, AAR, SOX FP Work Session, etc • We will present our (documented) measurement system as a prototype • E-learning conversion of PHME/STNT • Project plan complete • Storyboard (execution of content) in progress

Embedding Highlights • Training Programs Update • Validated all attendees in database to ensure accurate reporting and transition to SOU recordkeeping • Delivery in progress for make-up courses • Last scheduled SPUD class delivered 6/20 • Greenlight delivery 6/22, 6/26 • HTBA e-learning module participation as of 6/21: 27 completions, 17 registrations, 3 cancellations • After Action Review (AAR) Status • Those held: 7 • Pending: 1, Distribution

AAR Discoveries • Attendees liked the process & ability to contribute lessons learned • Results will be incorporated in COR/COM, but • Attendees felt AAR feedback should have wide distribution • No “one size fits all” • Some CoB/CoS’s felt tailored exercises were essential • Others (1!) said not needed • Training valuable – needed sooner

  8. Embedding Wrap-up Steps: KS, AAR, COR, COM All AAR’s completed by June 28. COR’s and KS analysis underway. With Holiday, COM’s will start July 10
