Overview • The Leave Tracking System will allow you to • See full list of UFT employees on leave from your school • View responses regarding their intention to return • Track receipt of necessary forms • Submit a Response For an Employee • Generate emails • Generate reports
Accessing LTS • Login to the system at http://www.nycboe.net/Applications/LRSI/ • You must use one of the following formats to login • User Id: central\Outlook userid or Outlook user id@central • Password: Your Outlook password
List of Employees On Leave • To generate a list of all UFT employees on leave from your school • Select Search Employees • Select Search • You can set filters to generate lists by leave type, missing forms, etc…
1. Enter Response 2. Select to send email 3. Click submit Submit a Response For an Employee
Track receipt of necessary forms • LTS will indicate what forms are necessary for each employee • When a form is received, log into the system, check the appropriate box, and click submit to record the transaction
Generate Emails • LTS allows you to generate mass emails to remind employees to submit the necessary forms/documentation • From the Search Employees screen, select the employees you wish to contact • Select the type of email you wish to generate from the Send Email dropdown • To email all employees on the screen, select Email to All

Generate Reports • LTS will allow you to generate reports to see employees by form status, leave type, etc… • Select Report from the left-hand menu, set the appropriate filters, and select View Report
Questions or Issues • To submit questions or issues, select Customer Support from the left-hand menu • Include a detailed description of the issue • You should receive a response within 48 hours
