  6. What is CEP? A four-step workshop process dedicated to club improvement. .

  7. What is CEP? A participating CEP club will: • examine their community’s needs • analyze their membership experience • locate resources • develop action plans *CEP is a flexible workshop process dedicated toward club improvement. *Participants develop and implement action plans.

  13. Who can participate in CEP? • Clubs under 20 members • Clubs that do not submit a WMMR • Clubs that want to increase retention/involvement • Clubs of any size that wish to become stronger Everyone!

The GLT role in CEP Before a workshop • The GLT trains the CEP Facilitators • Completes Part 2 of the Request for CEP Resource Support application • Application form is then submitted to GMT District Coordinator their signature • Completed form is submitted to Membership and New Club Development Department clubexcellenceprocess@lionsclubs.org

  19. The GMT Role in CEP Before a workshop begins • Identify and invite clubs to participate • Identify: use Club Health Assessment, put out an open call • Promote CEP in your district, multiple district or own club
