  2. CASO CLÍNICO • Mujer 65 años • Estenosis aórtica severa, sin lesiones coronarias significativas • Angor de esfuerzo • Deterioro clase funcional hasta NYHA III

  3. Insuficiencia mitral ligera pre Q

  4. Sustitución valvular aórtica por prótesis mecánica Bicarbon Fitline 21 mm. 28/11/2007. • Sin incidencias intra ni postoperatorias salvo un episodio de FA autolimitada. • Dada de alta a los 10 días tras la cirugía

  5. Primer control postcirugía 31/1/2008 • Disnea de moderados esfuerzos • Soplo mitral • Ecocardiograma de control: Prótesis Aórtica normofuncionante Insuficiencia mitral severa

  6. Insuficiencia mitral severa postquirúrgica

  7. PERFORACIÓN VELO ANTERIOR MITRAL 0º 141º

  8. Cierre percutáneo de la perforación de valva anterior mitral

  13. En la actualidad la paciente se encuentra asintomática en controles por Cardiología ambulatoria.
