At this meeting 2 Apprenticeship Navigators were hired immediately through Workforce Development to train Maryland’s One Stop Workforce System Staff about the Registered Apprenticeship System and augment marketing duties currently not being performed by ATR’s. August 13, 2009 NASTAD Seattle
