Encuentro y redacción final de los documentos base de emAne los días 28, 29 y 30 de noviembre de 2011 y creación de la oficina el 9 de dic. en Arica, Chile con la participación del equipo del país anfitrión, Venezuela, Bolivia, Argentina, España y Uruguay, dentro del marco del 8vo Congreso Internacional “La Educación Holística es Posible”.
