Notification Flow Overview PHASE I App(Push) CSC Tattler™ Notification Engine Services Domain Manager • Service identifies a notification event • Service sends event to CSC Tattler • Tattler sends notification using user-selected rules Brand Protection E-Mail SSL PHASE II DNS SMS
App Pages Alert Settings Security Notifications Page Alert Details Page Resolve at MyCSCGlobal Site • User can select to receive notifications • User sees a list of Alerts • User can click on an Alert to view details • User sees more information about the alert • User visits MyCSCGlobal.com outside a mobile device and goes to the appropriate screen to resolve issue
Notifications Screen • All notifications will link into the app on the Security Notifications Screen • User sees a list of Alerts • User can click on an Alert to view details
Alert Details Screen • User sees more information about the alert
Resolve at MyCSCGlobal Site • User visits MyCSCGlobal outside a mobile device and goes to the appropriate page to resolve issue
Alert Settings Screen • User can select app notifications (Phase I) • Notifications Available: • Domain Expiration Reminder: General reminder, not tied to any specific expiring domain. User should be able to choose frequency of that notification (weekly, monthly etc). • Domain Lapses • WHOIS Changes • Transfers Out • Name Server Delegation Change • Zone File Change • SSL Expiration • Other notification methods to be added in a Phase II (E-Mail)
