  2. ANAMNESI FISIOLOGICA, FAMILIARE, PATOLOGICA … ELEMENTI SALIENTI • Ex fumatore • Padre colpito da infarto miocardico all’età di 53 anni • DIABETE MELLITO in trattamento con ipoglicemizzanti orali • ALL’ESAME OBIETTIVO… • PA 125/75 mmHg (terapia con ACE-I) • BMI= 29 Preveniam

  3. ESAMI DI LABORATRORIO • Colesterolemia totale:230 mg/dl • trigliceridemia: 175 mg/dl • HDL-C: 42 mg/dl • LDL-C: 153 mg/dl • GOT: 38 U/L; GPT: 50 U/l • gamma-GT: 65 U/L; fosfatasi alcalina: 1000 U/l • TSH: 2,23 mU/L • Hbglicata: 8,5 % Preveniam
