  2. OSSERVAZIONE • DESCRITTIVA QUANDO DESCRIVO IN MANIERA OGGETTIVA CIO’ CHE VEDO • INTERPRETATIVA QUANDO INTERPRETO SOGGETTIVAMENTE CIO’ CHE VEDO

  3. CRITERI • DIRETTA: è il soggetto che osserva l’altro, senza intermediari • QUOTIDIANA: nel lavoro ogni giorno osservo l’utente • CONTESTUALE:osservo la persona nella sua interezza

  4. ERRORI • Effetto alone: quando ci focalizziamo solo su un aspetto dimenticandoci il resto (vedo solo ciò che non sa fare) • Effetto predizione:il soggetto percepisce le nostre aspettative e si “muove” di conseguenza (bambino iperattivo, si comporterà sempre da iperattivo) • Equazione personale: quando mettiamo nell’osservazione i nostri pregiudizi
