Our main challenges • Financial management in a difficult climate, with govt funding and donations decreasing, inflation on clinical supplies ≈30% • Continuing difficulties between CHAM and MoH • Maintaining drug supplies • Scaling up disease control programmes • HIV/AIDS, TB, malaria, water and sanitation • MCH – esp ANC and FP, reducing teenage pregnancy • Reliable power and water supplies • Providing staff training opportunities • Maintenance of infrastructure and equipment Mulanje Mission Hospital
