Daulatpur-Salturia Tornado • Deadliest tornado in world history was recorded in Bangladesh on April 26, 1989. • It killed approximately 1,300 people.
Super Outbreak • The most extensive tornado outbreak was the Super Outbreak that went through a large area of central United States and southern Ontario in Canada on April 3 & 4, 1974. • There was 148 tornadoes in 18 hours; Seven of them were F5s and 23 were F4s.
