  1. Target Tech in Texas (T3) Grant • “Target Tech” refers to the highest level of progress in which schools should be working toward as described on the Texas Campus and Teacher School Technology and Readiness (STAR) chart. • The funds made available through the T3 Collaborative Grant will provide 21st century classrooms that use technology effectively while preparing students to learn and work in high-tech environments. It will enable innovative teaching strategies that are designed to engage students and promote critical thinking, problem solving, creativity, and college and career readiness. • The purpose of the Target Tech in Texas (T3) grant is to stimulate the use of educational technology to improve teaching and learning.

  2. T3 Grant Technology What you will see in a 21st Century classroom: Laptops for every student The use of flip cameras Promethean Boards Students will be able to check out if no computer is available at home.

  3. 3rd Period Student’s first time with the laptops. This is so cool! What did she say to do? Wow I think I got it!
