2010 COPS Goals • COPS will work with Market Participants and ERCOT and continue to be the forum for addressing processes and concerns in order to advance Commercial Operations. • As requested COPs will engage, assist and report in progress and development of Nodal efforts as appropriate. • COPs will maintain COPS Market Guide as well as other Market documentation within the scope of COPs through: • CCWG • SEWG • PWG • NOIE DRG TF

SEWG 2010 Goals • Maintain tracking of, notification of and lessons learned from issues related to extracts, statements, invoices and reports to ensure the commercial extracts for Zonal are maintained and issues addressed and reported on timely. • Participate in Nodal Settlement and Nodal COMS (reports and extracts) testing to ensure that settlement results and extracts during market trials are scrutinized and analyzed and issues reported to ERCOT and the Market. • Provide supplemental training to SEWG members on Nodal Settlement algorithms by reviewing calculations to identifying data billing determinants to providing in depth examples and analysis on the calculations. • Provide monthly updates to COPS on Nodal developments related to Settlement, Nodal COMS and other issues as they are made known. • Develop Nodal Settlements Operating Guide.
CCWG 2010 Goals • Update the COP Market Guide and incorporate Nodal materials • Provide on-going review of ERCOT Market Notices • Submit NPRR’s, PRR’s, COPMGRR’s and comments on other guide revision requests or projects as needed
NOIE DRG TF • The Non Opt-In Entity Distributed Renewable Generation Settlements Task Force (NOIE DRG) will continue to provide clarity in regards to the market expectations for the wholesale settlements of Distributed Renewable Generation with a design capacity equal to or greater than 50kW and less than 1 MW and located behind NOIE boundary metering points. • Complete all work and sunset NOIE DRG TF in 2010
