COPS DISCUSSION ITEMS • NPRR 570 Reduce RTM Settlement Timeline: • ERCOT reported that they did not observe any impact on their processes and everything is going smoothly on their side with phase 1, OD+6 • No COPS member raised any significant issue on their side either • Some MPs noticed slight increase in the use of profiles in their data however did not quantify • Final data for OD + 6 not available yet to analyze • CSWG continues to monitor market wide data comparing Initial and final settlement load • COPS will have this topic as an agenda item in its March 17 meeting and will make a final recommendation to TAC for phase 2 ,OD+5 days, at March TAC meeting
COPS DISCUSSION ITEMS • NPRR 592 Meter Repair Timeline • To align meter data submittal process better with NPRR 570 RTM OD +5 days • Reduce repair time notice from 12 hrs to 6 hours for TDSPs • Endorsed by MWG and WMS • SMOGR014 also submitted and in the stakeholder process • Provides language to submit estimated data when EPS data is not available for generation and ties • COPS members encouraged to follow SMOGR014 in their shop since it may impact data used in their settlement
