PROJECT PURPOSE • Widen roadway and improve condition of pavement • Improve pedestrian access, movement and safety • Address residential flooding problems • Improve water quality of Rosewood Branch
DESIGN ELEMENTS • Reconstruction/widening of SE 12th Street • Addition of curb & gutter and storm drain system • Sidewalk and ADA-compliant ramps • Paved driveway entrances • Parking reconfiguration in commercial area • Construction of stormwater pond • Rosewood Branch stream bank stabilization
