What to expect? • SPP 11 data will be reported by every Evaluation Case Manager (i.e. Evaluation Specialist or SLP) monthly. • The Evaluation Case Manager must contact their Lead for any case in jeopardy of missing the 45 calendar day time. • ZERO non-compliance should be reported without a logged phone call/email to your assigned Lead • Leads will assist you in overcoming barriers preventing evaluation completion.
